These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Auraklia website (auraklia.com), published by Nextia Hub. By accessing the site, you unconditionally accept these terms.
1. Purpose
Auraklia provides an entertainment service based on artificial intelligence, offering virtual psychic consultations, horoscopes, rituals, meditations, and premium esoteric content. This service is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
2. Access to the Service
Access to the site is open to any adult with Internet access. Some features require creating a user account. Users agree to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3. Description of Services
Auraklia offers: AI psychic consultations via real-time chat, personalized daily horoscopes, a premium area with rituals, audio meditations, esoteric posters and courses, a spiritual calendar with events and associated content, and a personal spiritual journal. The psychics presented on the site are artificial intelligence agents, not real people.
4. Nature of the Service and Technologies Used
The consultations offered on Auraklia are generated using advanced artificial intelligence technologies. The psychics featured on the platform are virtual characters powered by AI. Consultations are provided for entertainment purposes and do not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
5. User Account
Account creation is free. Users are responsible for all activity on their account. In case of suspected fraudulent use, Auraklia reserves the right to suspend or delete the account without notice. Users can delete their account at any time from their profile settings.
6. Credits and Payments
Psychic consultations are paid for with credits. Credits are purchased in packs via Stripe (secure card payment). Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by law. Prices are displayed in euros including tax. Auraklia reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; already purchased credits remain usable under the conditions in effect at the time of purchase.
7. Premium Subscription
The Premium subscription provides access to all exclusive content (rituals, meditations, posters, courses, premium horoscope) as well as free monthly credits. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled by the user through their account or the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content (texts, images, audio, video, graphics, logo, software) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation is strictly prohibited. Content downloaded through the Premium subscription is for personal use only.
9. Limitation of Liability
Auraklia provides an entertainment service and cannot be held responsible for decisions made by users based on the consultations or content provided. The service is provided 'as is' without guarantee of permanent availability. Auraklia cannot be held liable for temporary service interruptions, data loss, or any indirect damages.
10. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with this policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
11. Modifications
Auraklia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of substantial changes by notification.
12. Termination
Users may terminate their account at any time. Auraklia reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's access in case of violation of these Terms, without prejudice to any damages. Upon termination, unused credits are not refunded.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
