1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") govern the use of the Auraklia platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), accessible at https://auraklia.com and via the mobile application (PWA).

The Platform offers spiritual guidance services, tarot readings, Lenormand oracle readings, numerology, birth chart analysis, astrological compatibility, and daily horoscopes, generated using artificial intelligence technologies.

2. Acceptance of the ToS

Use of the Platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these ToS. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Platform.

3. Nature of the service

Important: The consultations offered on Auraklia are generated by artificial intelligence. The psychics presented are virtual characters powered by AI. This service is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).

4. Registration and account

  • Registration is free and open to individuals aged 18 or older.
  • Users agree to provide accurate information during registration.
  • Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • An account may not be shared or transferred.

5. Virtual currency — Ether

Auraklia uses a virtual currency called "Ether" (credits):

  • Ether is required to access certain consultations.
  • Ether is purchased via the Pricing page and debited with each use.
  • Ether is non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Ether has no monetary value outside the Platform.

6. Premium subscription

The Premium subscription provides access to exclusive features (full horoscope, rituals, meditations, etc.). Subscription terms are detailed in the Terms of Sale.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform (texts, images, illustrations, software, trademarks) is the exclusive property of Meetricks, LLC or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with this policy.

9. Liability

  • Auraklia does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or completeness of the generated content.
  • The user acknowledges that consultations are for entertainment purposes.
  • Auraklia cannot be held liable for decisions made based on the consultations.
  • The Platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee of permanent availability.

10. Account deletion

Users may delete their account at any time from their profile settings. Deletion results in the permanent erasure of all personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

11. Amendments to the ToS

Auraklia reserves the right to amend these ToS at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes.

12. Governing law

These ToS are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Wyoming, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
