Article 1 — Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") apply, without restriction or reservation, to any purchase of paid services offered by the Auraklia platform, accessible at https://auraklia.com (hereinafter "the Platform"), including:
- Spiritual guidance, clairvoyance, tarot, Lenormand oracle, numerology, birth chart and astrological compatibility services
- In the form of instant messaging, interactive readings and analyses generated by artificial intelligence

The Client declares having read these Terms and having accepted them by checking the box provided for this purpose during the ordering process.
Article 2 — Nature of Service
Important: The consultations offered on Auraklia are generated by artificial intelligence. The psychics presented are virtual characters. This service is offered for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial or otherwise).
The Client expressly acknowledges the entertaining nature of the service and undertakes not to make any important decisions based solely on the consultations obtained.
Article 3 — Products and Pricing
3.1 Ether (Virtual Credits)
Ether is the virtual currency of the Platform:
- Purchase: via the Pricing page, by credit card (Stripe)
- Use: each consultation consumes a defined number of Ether, displayed before the action
- Validity: Ether has no expiration date
- Non-refundable: consumed Ether is not refundable (see article 7)
- Non-transferable: Ether cannot be transferred to a third party
- No monetary value: Ether has no value outside the Platform
Ether packages and their rates are indicated on the Pricing page. The Provider reserves the right to modify rates at any time; modifications do not affect purchases already confirmed.
3.2 Premium Subscription
The Premium subscription offers extended access:
- Complete and personalized daily horoscope
- Exclusive rituals and meditations (PDF, audio)
- Monthly credits included in the subscription
- Complete birth chart with detailed interpretation
- Spiritual journal with personalized guidance
Plans:
- Monthly Premium: rate indicated on the Pricing page
- Annual Premium: rate indicated on the Pricing page
Renewal is automatic. The Client may cancel at any time from their member area or the payment portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, without refund of the period begun.
3.3 Cosmic Offerings
Cosmic Offerings are voluntary support contributions:
- Fixed amounts: €1, €2, €5, €10, €15, €20, €50
- Non-refundable (voluntary donation)
- A receipt is sent by email
3.4 Prices
All prices are indicated in euros including all taxes.
Article 4 — Order and Payment
4.1 Order Process
- The Client selects the desired Ether package or subscription
- They verify the details of their order and its total price
- They proceed with secure payment
- The order is confirmed by email
Payment validation by "double click" constitutes an electronic signature having the same value as a handwritten signature (article 1127-2 of the Civil Code).
4.2 Payment Methods
Payment is made by credit card via the secure platforms Stripe and/or Mollie. Credit card data is processed exclusively by these providers; the Provider never stores card numbers.
4.3 Billing
A payment receipt is sent by email after each transaction. Receipts are accessible from the member area (Purchases page).
Article 5 — Service Provision
Services are provided immediately after payment confirmation, in digital form:
- Ether: instantly credited to the Client's account
- Subscription: immediate access to Premium content
- Consultations: responses generated in real time by artificial intelligence
The Provider undertakes to make its best efforts to provide services within the framework of a best efforts obligation. Platform availability is not guaranteed 24/7 (maintenance, updates).
Article 6 — Capacity and Registration
- Registration is reserved for persons aged 18 or over
- The Client undertakes to provide accurate information
- An account is personal and cannot be shared
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 days from the purchase to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Exceptions (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code):
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
"1° For the supply of services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose performance began after the express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of their right of withdrawal;
13° For the supply of digital content not supplied on a material medium whose performance began after the express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of their right of withdrawal."
Application:
- Unconsumed Ether: refundable within 14 days following purchase
- Consumed Ether: non-refundable (service performed with Client's agreement)
- Subscription: withdrawal possible within 14 days; beyond that, cancellation without refund of the current period

Article 8 — Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method
- In case of technical problems preventing service use, a refund or credit may be granted on a case-by-case basis

Article 9 — Legal Guarantee of Conformity
In accordance with articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Provider is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
The Client has a period of 2 years from service provision to act under the conformity guarantee. In case of non-conformity, the Client may obtain service conformity or, failing that, a price reduction or contract resolution.
Article 10 — Liability
- The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy of content generated by AI
- The Client acknowledges that consultations are for entertainment purposes
- The Provider cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on consultations
- The Provider's liability is limited to the amount of services actually paid
Article 11 — Force Majeure
The parties cannot be held responsible if non-performance or delay in performance of their obligations results from a case of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the Civil Code.
If the impediment is temporary, performance is suspended. If the impediment is permanent or persists beyond 30 days, the contract is terminated by operation of law.
Article 12 — Personal Data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. In accordance with GDPR, the Client has the right to access, rectify, delete and port their data.
Article 13 — Intellectual Property
All Platform content is the property of Meetricks, LLC or its partners. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
Article 14 — Unforeseeability
In accordance with article 1195 of the Civil Code, if an unforeseeable change in circumstances makes performance excessively burdensome, the parties undertake to renegotiate in good faith.
Article 15 — Mediation
In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, in case of unresolved dispute, the consumer may resort to a mediator:

The Client may also submit their complaint on the European online dispute resolution platform: the European online dispute resolution platform
Article 16 — Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are subject to the law of the State of Florida (USA). In case of dispute, the competent courts of Wyoming, USA shall have jurisdiction, except for mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
Article 17 — Pre-contractual Information
In accordance with article L221-5 of the Consumer Code, the Client acknowledges having received, prior to their order, the following information:
- The essential characteristics of services
- The price of services and ancillary fees
- The date of service provision
- Information relating to the Provider's identity
- Information relating to legal guarantees
- The functionalities of digital content
- The possibility of resorting to mediation
- Information relating to the right of withdrawal
- Accepted payment methods
